Im not ready for snow. I just really think it should be spring and fall weather all the time. Of course the first snow had to come on a Sunday. It is pure torture on a kid not to let them play in the first snow fall of the year. I hope the Lord will understand... I was at a Primary meeting when they played, but I told Jared before I left that if he let them play in it while I was gone, he had to take pictures. I love watching kids having fun. They definately looked like they had fun. The only thing I dont like about kids playing in the snow is all the wet clothes afterwards. If the clothes could just somehow dry themselves off and put themselves away, that would be best. You might just think Im a little anal about my floor, I could be. Nicole told me to get a mop, and I think I will. Im trying to get better about not worrying so much because like President Monson said it goes too fast, and we should just enjoy the journey. I think I really do enjoy the journey, but there is definately room for improvement.

love your scrapbook pages!! I can't believe how much snow you guys got! that's Utah weather for ya!
Kym, Those pictures are too fun. I can't wait to get the memory mixer - I don't know if I can wait till Xmas. And hey, you can't complain about the floors till we're at least a couple of months into winter..They get a pass for the first snowfall.:)
Kym, love the scrapbook collage! When I woke up and saw the first snowfall I climbed back into bed and put the covers over my head. All I could think of was "jipped! I love fall! I love anything pumpkin, brisk air, hoodies and hats and scarfs. I love hot cocoa outside while it is still warm. I love hay rides, piles of leaves! Gosh maybe I should write my own post about this!
Anyway... The kids on the other hand saw the snow and were so excited. Zac about bungee jumped out of his crib when he looked outside!
I too am trying to enjoy the journey....while trying to keep my floor decent too :) :)
